Introduction
Amidst the many issues confronting the country nowadays, the Bureau of Soils and Water Management is one with other government agencies in living up to the call of the duty for the public. For 68 years now, the Bureau has been a vessel to the Filipino farmers and fisherfolk in bringing out the best in the agriculture sector through its research and development, and technical assistance undertaken by its seven (7) technical divisions and three (3) national research and development centers. Under each division and center, several programs, projects, and activities (PPAs) are being implemented.
