The Administrative and Finance Services provides the logistics support for the entire Bureau of Soils and Water Management. Vital activities are the management of personnel records, financial resources, supply and property. To ensure a fluid operational and financial resources flow, the following activities are undertaken, to wit:

  • Provide mechanisms for the dissemination of and access to all soil/water resources based technologies
  • Direct and supervise activities pertaining to general operation of the office
  • Coordinate work programs of the different divisions so as to integrate the administrative requirements and provide the corresponding administrative support and services
  • Provide general personnel administration including the development
  • Implementation of appropriate personnel development programs
